We want you to have a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience with us. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Exchange Only

We currently do not offer cash refunds. Items purchased can only be exchanged for another product of equal or higher value. Any price difference must be borne by the customer.

2. Exchange Window

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

3. Condition of Items

For an exchange to be approved, products must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • Returned in their original packaging

  • Tags and labels intact

Any items not meeting these conditions may be rejected for exchange.

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Accessories

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Customized or personalized products

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for safely returning the product to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging. We will guide you on the next steps.

7. Refunds

Since we follow an exchange-only policy, no refunds will be issued unless the product you ordered is unavailable for exchange or out of stock. In such rare cases, a refund may be processed at our discretion.
